During my road trip I visit various places where mechanical engineers play a role. Construction of airplanes began in Seattle, allowing people to travel all over the world. A man in San Francisco saved the lives of horses by installing a cable car, making certain works easier. Silicon Valley is busy making their agriculture more sustainable, such as planting plants that require less maintenance on salty soil. Formula 1 is becoming more popular and it involves a lot of engineering, the temperature of the car, the tire pressure of cornering and braking, and making the car faster. Shell is a well-known company of oil extraction and energy supply for homes, allowing us to drive cars and cook. Engineers who must make a new spaceship for NASA every time improve it every time. Time Square where there is a lot of pressure on the ground due to the skyscrapers and the people walking there. And Springfield where massive numbers of weapons were made to win the Second World War. When I get my mechanical engineer diploma from McLennan, I will continue studying as a chemical engineer and I would like to join sustainable companies to make a change in the world, so that the earth lasts a little longer. I thought mechanical engineering was mainly about making better machines, but it also includes designs, buildings, sustainable solutions and maintaining machines.

During my road trip I also discovered that space shuttles are no longer used because their function slowly disappeared, and to only use them to transport people was simply too expensive. now they use their ship with parachute.
